The single most important maintenance task that any homeowner can perform is to check and change any and all air filters in your heating and cooling system on a regular basis.

| The irony is that filter maintenance is the simplest and cheapest form of up keep that any individual can perform and yet by far the most neglected and most damaging to the overall performance and life span of a furnace or air handler.
Remember: Your filter can never be TOO clean.
